About Us
Medipro Admin Services is a Melbourne-based startup whose mission is to improve and modernise health services administration through the application of breakthrough approaches which are simple, secure and seamlessly integrated.
The aim is simple – less time spent on administration means more time caring for patients.
Since 2013 our BillingPlus practice has been taking the hassle out of billing, claims and patient management through our ground-breaking virtual billing practice. We process thousands of claims and gap payments each year right here in Australia, with fast returns with minimal exceptions.
Medipro Billing is our first solution to be taken to market – a mobile web app and administration panel which facilitates the transfer of consult data from the bedside to the practice management team, allowing for immediate processing by internal or external billing teams.
Bourne out of a need to scale the access to medical administration ‘as a service’, the next iteration of our solutions and services will enable independent billing companies and practices to access the application through our secure SAAS platform. These services will expand in stages to meet sector demand for cost-effective, streamlined health administration services where trust, respect and reliability are vital.

Tom Brockhurst
About Tom
Tom’s mission is to create workplaces which provide meaningful work for people to develop and grow, achieve results and enjoy what they do.
Tom founded BillingPlus in 2013 with his wife Kath to fill a need for a friend and create a flexible role for Kath to work at home with a growing family.
That tiny business has continued to attract both great staff and loyal customers ever since.
Not content with helping only a handful of people, Tom has embarked on an ambitious growth phase for BillingPlus by partnering with Alistair Lloyd to create MediPro Administration Services. This new entity will open to way for the experience and wisdom we have gained building a successful medical administration practice, and the novel application we have produced along the way to bring benefits to many, many more people.
Tom brings his broad experience and education to his role in the enterprise. With a degree in engineering, a post graduate diploma in management and more recently an advance diploma in organisations neuroscience. Tom is a keen student of what motivates people and committed to creating workplaces to enable them to thrive.
